These terms apply to your use of megacsv.com and the MegaCSV app. Both are run by MegaCSV (“we” and “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms.
Using MegaCSV
MegaCSV is free to use for personal and work purposes. You don't need an account. Please don't misuse the service: don't use it for anything unlawful, try to disrupt the site or get around its security, or copy, reverse-engineer or resell the app.
Your files and data
Files you open stay on your computer and remain yours. You're responsible for having the right to open and export the data you work with, and for keeping your own copies. Exports are new files; MegaCSV never changes the file you opened.
No warranty
MegaCSV is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to show and export data correctly, but we can't promise the app will be error-free, always available, or suitable for a particular purpose. Check important results before you rely on them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of MegaCSV. Because MegaCSV is free, our total liability to you for all claims together is limited to 100 US dollars, or the lowest amount the law permits if that is higher.
Changes
We may change MegaCSV or these terms. If the terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page; using MegaCSV after that means you accept the new terms.
